If you are a new customer purchasing for the first time on our eCommerce platform, payment can be safely made in the following ways:
1. Through your PayPal account
2. Using your credit card. The credit card transaction will also be handled by PayPal
Trusted and registered Customers carry out payment transactions according to the agreed conditions even if they complete the order through the platform.
Shipments
We ship throughout Italy using carriers that ensure our customers with a service to promptly answer their needs.
The terms of return are clearly stated in the order confirmation and also reported on the relevant invoice.
If you are a new customer, purchasing for the first time on our eCommerce platform, the shipping costs that will be charged to you are:
1. € 15.00 if purchasing sealing systems
2. € 20.00 if purchasing hydraulic material or fluid connectors
3. € 20.00 if purchasing mixed material
